Hey, Paula!

You’ve probably seen this scene a few times before — Paula Abdul’s most recent faux pas on American Idol:

Because of it, some viewers are screaming the show is a conspiracy, that it is rigged and that Paula ought to be fired and replaced with a better judge. 

I’ve got bad news for those of you who believe this — there is no issue and Paula will not be fired. 

Paula Abdul screwing up on TV isn’t new information. If we have to put together video clips of Paula since season 1 — we’re probably gonna get a whole new TV show.  (In fact, someone sort of compiled some of her blunders.) 

But say, she has been fired…can Paula Abdul bounce back and get a second lease on television? Sure she can! 

• Paula Abdul could star in Lost. Clearly, she has this knack for time-travelling.
• In the same breath, Paula Abdul should meet up with Hiro, time and place TBD.
• Or work alongside Allison DuBois, who can talk to dead people and can see the future in her dreams.
• And when she’s all tired from doing these things? She must go on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

My question though is, will you be watching her on these shows? Doesn’t sound too appealing, does it?

We would all  be lying if we said we weren’t entertained by that video above. And that’s the reason why Paula Abdul is there to stay on American Idol. 

Ellen DeGeneres and that darn Kinky Chair!

I think this is the very chair my husband told me about. While shopping for computer parts at this mall somewhere in the western part of the city, he and a companion saw salespeople demonstrating how this chair worked; a couple of hours later and arriving at our house, the two of them still couldn’t stop talking and laughing about what they saw. I did not see the actual chair so I did wonder what it was about it that made two grown men laughing like silly 10 year old kids.

Now I know why.

The chair’s kinda kinky. And Ellen DeGeneres, the other day, discovered just how kinky.

The chair is called the iGallop, which is…

It’s supposed to be a machine that helps stimulates muscles…only, they didn’t say it’s the muscles "down there".

I don’t think Ellen or for that matter, her girlfriend gorgeous actress Portia de Rossi, will be complaining about this.
